If you ask me which one to use i would suggest to use from WordPress or Blogger, I would suggest you to use Blogger.com because it is very simple to use and has many widgets, themes and is user friendly.

Wissenway.in is also made through blogger.com, I am using Blogger.com From past 5 years and  find blogger.com best for blogging.
